Yes the high elves do feed upon arcane currents but only to ease their agony of being addicted to magic and definitely not from the Sunwell, at least not anymore although this could change prior to the 2. They naturally have blue eyes and the arcane energy has nothing to do with it.

But if Lady Sylvanas Windrunner changes models, she would look like a blood elf model which is the same as the high elf npc models. But of course with a touch of more rounded blood red eyes and pale blue skin.

Lore-wise she should be as short as female blood elves. She is summong skeletons with around 2k HP and those are very easy to nuke fast just put an Volley in the center and they'll be dead rather soon. Remember that there is some elite mobbs surronding her. Both battlemasters and some extra "bosses" they got between kk HP. AND remember that u shall not pull her outside the inner circle where she is placed from the beginning caus then u will reset her, happened alot in the beginning for us before we realised what to do : But as long as you dont whipe this boss fight will be very easy.

Yes, it's her who is portrayed as the last statue on your right in the Valley of Heroes when you enter Stormwind from Elwynn. Now, both of the Windrunners were ranger captains from the Quel'Thalas region which is no more since it was decided to punish the highelves for wanting to keep themselves away from all the action in WC3.

Bad idea, yes. But that doesn't mean she has to change appearance so much that it looks like she's one of the by far elder nightelves now. And although there's far between them, there is actually highelves stationed in various places. One of them is in the Wizard's Sanctum as a lvl 50 mage trainer. And while she does have the same freakish height and lovely bouncy attitude as an ordinary nightelf female, her long ears do point upwards rather than backwards.

And Sylvanas is supposed to be a highelf transformed into a banshee and not just a brooding gigantic nightelf. So what has happened? I'm out of ideas. Reducing her to the state she was in when our lovely spoiled brat Arthas transformed her is certainly a no-go. Think of Blind Mary in Duskwood. The "dark ranger" from the Frozen Throne still sounds much too mainstream and dorky but I suppose it works and fits for most occasions.

The lih kings powers were fading. Sylvans took control over her body appearnce. The lich kings power faded even more. The lich king didn't controll her mind anymore. She had a meeting with 3 dreadlords whos plan was to kill arthas. Her banshees trapped arthas while she shoot a paralyzing arrow and was prepared to kill him slowly but Kel'thuzad was there in the right moment and killed the banshees but sylvanas escaped and swore to hunt arthas for the rest of her life.

She begun to fight one of the dreadlords, varimthas spelling? He begged for his life and echanged it for his loyality. They killed the 2nd dreadlord. And sylvanas said that varimithras should kill his brother to prove his loyality but he doubted for a moment but finished him of anyway. Sylvanas and varimthras formed the Forsaken.
